I would like to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior of the Go AIR dept. of Leh-Ladakh airport. I boarded the flight G8 160 on 24 june 2011 for New Delhi airport. I did not receive my luggage on reaching Delhi. On inquiring about the matter, the Delhi's goair staff could not produce a reasonable answer. I received my luggage after 3 days due to which i had some big economical as well as mental harassment. On asking for the re-imbursment, GO AIR staff just gave us meager 500 INR. I would like to ask you whether 500 rupees is sufficient for a person to stay in Delhi for 3 days. If a flight ticket costs us 10,000 INR then it becomes your responsibility to deliver us our luggage on time. We were not even informed that the flight does not carry our luggage. I am sorry to say but in near future i shall never travel by Go air. I would like you to provide me with proper compensation.
