I traveled by Go Air last saturday on 4/12/2010 mid night from delhi to mumbai flight no-G8 153 at 12:30 am. As i was having a flight on friday evening on 3/12/2010 of Go Air at 6:45 from lucknow to delhi and it got delayed almost 4 hours. hence i missed my jet airways flight from delhi to mumbai. i reached delhi airport and there was no other flight at 12:00 midnight i rushed to different counters n dint find any flight i went to goair counter and booked the flight G8 153 schedule to departure at 12:40 after delay. as i booked in hurry they just gave me a boarding pass and took Rs. 8,306 without PNR no on the ticket. i requested for the ticket and the staff told he will give while boarding n while boarding i asked him again then he assured they will provide at mumbai airport. i reached mumbai airport at 3:00 am satuarday and waited in airport till morning then at 7:00 am i went to go air counter and requested for the ticket they just said will check will give this that and wasted my time and at last i got irritated and shouted at the staff then a duty officer toid he will solve the matter but later he just gave in writing he will mail me the ticket in 2 days, but today its 7 days and i have not recieved the ticket.i called to the number provided by the duty officer several times and still i have not recieved the ticket. I am tired of this airline i need my jet flight ticket refund and as well as the ticket of go air G8 153. my boarding seat no is 12 B. I also want the airline to pay for the inconvineance caused to me and physical as well as psycological stress i went through.
