I,Dr.Bhavin C. Visariya,had booked a ticket from chandigarh to mumbai on 11th dec,2010 schedule to depart @19.15.. My PNR no. is TUO450.. on that day,i was told that my flight has been canceled due to some reason.. After reaching chandigarh airport,i was told that alternate arrangement will be provided to us n accordingly i was handed a NEW ticket on same PNR no from dehi to mumbai scheduled @23.55 from delhi terminus.. we were also provided with a "SO CALLED VOLVO" to delhi,which was schedule to leave @17.30 from chandigarh airport,but instead left @ around 18.30 after intense arguement between pessenger & ground staff of GO AIR at airport.. there was no representative from GO AIR with us in bus & to add on the misery of the day,BUS DRIVER WAS DEAD DRUNK..to best of my knoeledge,on atleast 3 occasions we were lucky enough to avoid an accident.. against all odd we finally managed to reach delhi airport @0300 on 12th dec.. It was an horrible journey i had.. ihad undergone a lot of mental trauma during my journey from chandigarh to mumbai with GO AIR.. I AM FEELING CHEATED BY GO AIR,AS THEY CHARGED ME FOR CHANDIGARH TO MUMBAI JOURNEY BUT I ENDED UP TRAVELLING DELHI TO MUMBAI.. N NOT TO FORGET "AWESOME BUS JOURNEY"..
