I had booked a ticket on 7th September on Flight G8 - 204(GO AIR),departure time 17:35,PNR No-UT4D8J.But due to some unforceen circumstances i had to cancel my ticket.Customer representatives told me that your amount will be refunded in 7 working days.But now almost a month has passed by,i have called them 7 times and everytime i call them they tell me they need 7 more working days,and one time time they told me it's refunded from their end and it will be reflected in your account in 3 days.It's not fair that they are keeping our money for so long.Somebody please help me to take legal action against them.
