I have cancelled my two tickets(PNR PYLMEF and 2WLBXY) on 7 of Dec. Its over a month and I have not recieved the refund.
For one of the ticket partial amount was recieved. Whenever i try to contact customer care, they come up with new reference number and tell that amount has been refunded by Ibibo. According to the bank the reference ID's given were invalid. Also how can the reference number be changed every day. The customer care executives have no etiquettes of talking and repond rudely.

I have mails from Goibibo for over 20 days old stating that refund has been processed. But till now no refund has been recieved. Even there is no response from the corporate mail ID travel@goibibo.com.
