Due to Payment Gateway failure return tickets could not be booked.
Then I made a fresh booking for which I got my confirmed tickets.
I was waiting for my refund.Upon not receiving it I contacted goIbibo.
They had booked duplicate ticktes- 1 against successful payment and another against failed payment.But they sent no mail/confirmation/sms ergarding booking confirmation /PNR.
They acknowledged their fault and promised to refund entire amount.They have refunded me all but 2000/-.
For this 2000/- I have been following up from past 1 month but to no avail
