Hi,

This is with regard to my Goibibo ticket which was on 21-08-2011 from Delhi-Mumbai at 5.30 pm. I canceled the same ticket but did not got my refund amount yet.
I called the goibibo team 50 times and also mailed them the letter by Punjab National Bank(PNB) stating that there is no refund in my bank of the given Bank Reference Id.

I also dropped the same mail to " gmcustomercare@pnb.co.in" as said by the Goibibo Team. But nothing positive happened yet.
I am calling the Goibibo Team daily but they are not giving any positive response. Hence, I have to come to consumer court to get justice. Kindly help me in getting back my money.

This is Md.Yusuf Mulge, cancelled the two air tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad and back on 20th Oct 2011. one of the refund of Rs.2829/- i have received, but the second one for Rs.3306/- is still pending as on 08/12/2011. I am in constant touch with them, every time i contact them they say "give us two/three days the refund will be done.

please do the needful, so that i can get my refund as early as possible.
