    This was the message sent to Lufhtansa

    Dear Lufthansa

    As per your agent world link travel, Mumbai' s email below my daughter Suhani was not allowed to board Lufthansa flight from Toronto to Frankfurt-Mumbai on 19th July,10 because her VISA had expired( pl refer your agents email of yesterday given below ) . {A friend of Suhani boarded a lufthansa flight from US to india via frankfurt after his visa had expired..but he wasn't stopped!}

    Suhani had valid VISA till 19th July,10 , copy of Passport attached evidencing valid VISA till 19th July,10. Also attached her work permit till 19th July,2010!!!

    We now want refund of that sector Toronto- Frankfurt -Mumbai

    For your information she was allowed to board next day on Ethihad flight via Abu Dhabi without any harassment!! So it is entirely the fault of Lufthansa and we need refund immediately

    Also please note that this incident has caused utter trauma by leaving a young girl stranded in a foreign land with now where to go!!. The Agony and pain she suffered was too much besides her parents and relatives anxiety being worried to the hilt. Plus other incidental expenses ( Like lodging boarding and extra cost of last day purchasing of ticket of Ethihad) us for the horrible trauma my daughter went through for full 24 hours in Toronto.""""""""


    Now, since Lufthansa has refused to refund stating their company rules , we need now total compensation of excess fare lodging baording, travelling and trauma etc faced by my daughter!!!
