we booked roundtrip tickets from Hyderabad to Chennai from goibibo.com on 8th Oct 2010and on 2nd Nov we cancelled the tickets. we cancelled online through ibibo.com. After cancellation we rcvd. call from ibibo cust care regarding the refund they gave us the follwoing desc.

airline charges - 200/per person
Ibibo charges - 150/per person

Nos of person : 2 ( excluding infant ). : 350x2 = 700/.

700/ for one way. Round trip : 700x 2 = 1400/.

TicketAmount : 9986/.

Cancellation charges : 1400/.

Amount to be refunded : 8586/.

Pl give clarification for the amount mentioned in your mail.

after giving clarification they r just refunding only half the amount

No of tickets to be canceled: 3
Cashback Deductions: 0
Airline Cancellation Charges: 400.0
Ibibo Cancellation Charges: 150.0
Refund Amount: 4700.0

When we r trying to call the customer care of ibibo and kingfisher they r not responding

Dear Mr. Prakash,

As discussed with you, This seems to be technical error in the server , as mail was sent on 1st Nov which probably has not reached advising the correct refund amount. As the refund mail is sent on segment bases and used just 1 out 2 emails.

Please update the comments once the refund hits your account.

My flight got cancelled on 20th February 2012.
My flight Details are : -

Name : Pravesh Surana

Flight No - IT 514

Depature was on 20th feb 2012.

Flight was from Kolkata to Mumbai.

PNR Number was DZXUCE.

Till date there is no refund which i have got.

I have booked my ticket through go ibibo gave them the endorsement copy from airlines . Still my refund has not hit my account.
