I traveled from Dubai to India on 16-OCT-2010 and I didn’t received my baggage . Today its one month passed and I am suffering from needful goods . We called many times at given phone number 011-2562727 . They are not receiving calls . One day they have picked the phone on given number but they said there is no information for missing baggage .

I traveled from amritsar to hongkong via delhi.My amritsar to delhi flight is delay and my next flight is take off on time.Air india gave a ticket on cathay pacific to go hongkong.But i can't receive the baggage on hong kong.when i ask to cathay pacific where is my bag.He can told me that the airindia cannot give the baggage at the end of take off.My baggage is missing and the air india cann't help me.Today its 7th December 2010 passed and I am suffering from my needful goods . I, Mr Loganathan travelled in United Airlines flight no 8831 operated by Lufthansa on 2nd Feb 2011 from Chennai to Atlanta via Frankfurt. When I reached the carousal at Atlanta I find my Black Bag weighing 23 Kgs missing and instead of my bag I find another bag that belongs to a person called Kumaran (None of the other details found).
