Hi,
I've booked the two tickets on 1 of march 2011 (Bangalore-Delhi) for 19 March 2011, because i had some errands running in jaipur I decided to re-set the destination with Jaipur,
for that i've called indigo CustomerCare, Executive Named Vikas Kumar has taken the call and made a phoney promise saying that " Sir we have tickets for jaipur and you need to pay Rs 1700/- extra"
after this conversation and confirmation of new ticket Vikas kumar asked me if he can goahead and book the ticket for jaipur and should he cancel the current tickets, as i had the same intentions to have jaipur as my destination i asked him to do the same then he asked me to be onhold after almost 10 minutes he replied stating that "Sir we have no tickets for jaipur and your current tickets are also cancelled and as a "GOOD WILL GESTURE" we are refunding you money after deducting Rs1500/- as a cancellation charge,Now I have nothing in hand my tickets are cancelled without any alternate booking just because of some incompetent customer care executive and add on to my agony they have also deducted 1500 rupees from my refund amount. I have an urgent work on 20 March 2011 and if i not reach to Jaipur or delhi on given date i'll loose considerable amount of money, I hope you'll not ask me to go to court as you dont care whatever happens just like your customercare officer. Please i request you to uncancel the tickets as you dont have any tickets for jaipur for same date as phoney promised by Vikas Kumar your customer care executive.
I again repeat that its very urgent for me and my co-flier to reach to Jaipur or Delhi on 19th of march 2011.
I want justice because if will not reach to my destination on the given time i'll loose many people's faith and considerable amount of money also ..and if it happens Indigo is going to repay for thier grave mistake
