for pnr VFYIDM and vlj5ep
we had booked a return ticket for 2nd jan and 8th jan for 2 passengers... but because of a family emergency we had to travel on 31st dec 2011, and when we tried to cancel our tickets and get our money refunded, indigo refuses to do so, saying that it was a discounted trip....we ar eready to get vouchers instead so that we can use it later.

we spoke to customer service but did not get any help. I am sure there should a policy for compassionate basis, the return tickets for aamir farooqui and mrikunj dhillon needs to be cancelled or given a voucher for later use as we had to board an earlier flight because of a death in family. I cannot afford to waste the money charged on my crecit card for these tickets.
I expect customer centricity from a company of your stature, requesting you to do this as a one time courtesy
