I have booked a ticket from Banglore To Mumbai on 18.08.10 in Indigo Airlines. The PNR of the ticket is Q792CC. As the passengers came to the Airport at Banglore at 11.30 AM they are reported that the flight was delayed by 2.30 hrs. They are in a hurry to reach to Mumbai for their meeting. They called me about the situation and told me to cancel the ticket and they purchased tickets for another flight. When I was trying to cancel the ticket it shows that it can't be cancelled. I immedeately called the customer care no. about the situation. They told me that the ticket cannot be cancelled due to the flight was not delayed more than 3 hrs.
This is very dissappointing and I want consumer forum to take a strong action on this Matter.
