Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am not allowed to board the flight from Chennai to Portblair on 8th of october 2010 despite having tele-checkin/ booking. I have 7 members including 1 member who is unable to walk and required wheel chair assistance and 1 member is 8 month old.
We reached 45 minutes before the departure and so the supervisor did not allowed to issue the boarding pass to us on the ground that we are late.
We have to wait for more than 10 minutes for the wheel chair from the Taxi stand, but we were unable to get the wheel chair assistance and the person has to walk to airport check in counter.
Supervisor was speaking coninously over her cell phone and she is argueing that you are late. you cannot board the flight becuase you require wheel chair assistance. Then we told her that we will give her support and take her to the flight, then she told that then the flight will be delayed.
And then suddenly she told that boading is complete and she cant do anything though the monitor screen is displaying 'Security Checking' is going on.
Then she forced us to cancel the ticket from the airport resulting a loss of Rs 2.0 lacs. Her name is MARY.
