Dear Sir/Madam

I Rajeev Kumar still awaiting my missing luggage which I had not received at Milan airport during my flight from Genoa (Italy) to New Delhi (India) on 21st December 2011.

I am not receiving any response neither from Jet Airways Nor from Al Italia.

on 23rd December I was contacted by Jet Airways that they have received my luggage at Delhi airport. I asked them to deliver it on my home address which was mentioned on my complaint form. They said it is not their headach. They are doing a favour to me by informing that luggage is reached at Delhi airport. If they want they would have not informed this also.
