I made a Jet Airways booking from ibibo, flying from Indore to New Delhi on 5th Feb at 8.35pm.

At the time of booking, Ibibo listed two flights that take off from Indore for New Delhi at 8.35 pm: JetLite,priced at 3545 and Jet Airways, priced at 3685. We booked Jet Airways as traveller is provided with dinner which was needed at that hour of day while travelling. But when the traveller checked in at Indore airport, he was checked into a JetLite flight S2-794 instead of JetAirways 9W 7142.
On asking, the traveller was told that no Jet Airways flight flies between indore and New Delhi.

I need an answer to why we were given the ticket of Jet Airways and also charged more, 3685/- , when only JetLite was flying from the airport. This not only caused discomfort to the traveller, as no dinner is provided in JetLite, but also required him to shell out more money to buy dinner on flight. This has left a bad name of Jet Airways amongst us and we never expected such a fraud from such a brand
