I am sorry to inform you that again due to negligence of the Jet Airways staff we the passengers traveling with Jet Airways keep on facing the problem. I think I must bring into your notice and to the world. 4 of my family members which are as follows:-

3.DSOUZA / SHERWIN MSTR Ticket: 9W/ETKT 589 3878525947
4. DSOUZA / SAVIL MSTR Ticket : 9W/ETKT 589 3878525946
Traveled by Jet airways 9W539 on 5/6/10 from Muscat to Mumbai and there tickets and boarding pass were issued from Muscat to Goa. It so happened that the 4 of them reached the Mumbai airport by 9W539 and there subsequent flight from Mumbai to Goa was on 9W475 and their boarding pass was also issued. But this flight left the passengers on the Mumbai Airport and took off with their luggage, without even informing the passengers. When the passengers went to the Jet Airways counter the person on the counter told that the flight has left. So when the passenger told that we will complain the airport authority regarding the same they told please don’t do that. This is our fault and we will send U to Goa by different flight going to GOA and the person took the boarding pass of both the flights 9W539 & 9W475 and destroyed those in front of the passengers. As the passengers were 2 ladies with 2 kids so the jet airways personal literally threatened them that don’t tell this to any one and they send them to Goa by 9W0473.
I want to just inform you and to the world why we passengers have to suffer always due to the negligence and mistake of the jet airways person and that to they never regret or correct your negligence. Now I think at least some one should start first. Most of the passenger of Jet airways keeps on complaining but no one takes the initiative to tell to the world. I think I should take that initiative to tell the world that how the passengers suffer. If no action is taken then I will take some legal action also. Every time we passengers cannot be taken for granted.
