Hi,
I had a jetlite connecting flight from Bangalore to Patna (Bagalore to Delhi and then from Delhi to Patna). It was December, 23rd and the flight no was S2 402 from bangalore to Delhi and S2 287 from Delhi to Patna. The Bangalore to Delhi flight was scheduled take off from Bangalore at 7:40 am and reach Delhi at 10:20 am. The Delhi patna flight was to leave Delhi at 12:50 pm, so there was considerable time between the flights. The flight from Bangalore was delayed due to fog and eventually took off from Bangalore at 11:00 am and reached Delhi at 1:20 pm. By the time I took off, the Delhi Patna flight has already left the airport. I missed my flight for no fault of mine. Then after a lots of arguments, I managaed to get a 24th Decemeber JetLite flight to Patna. The Jetlite promised to provide me a hotel stay for that night including the food expences. One of the staffs was assigned to take me to the hotel with my bag and baggage. He took me out of the airport to the arrival gate number 3 and told me to wait for 5 minutes and then he would be back with all the arrangements. He also took away the boarding pass (Bangalore to Delhi - 23 rd Dec) and (Delhi to Patna - 23rd Dec - The flight I couldnot catch) so that I am left with no proof (However I have a online prrof with me). He went away at 2 P.M. and I kept on waiting and waiting. I waited for 4 hours after I which I realized I have made a fool of myself listening to the JetLite staff and believing in them that he would turn up. I finally after waiting for 4.5 hours left the airport and went to the hotel with my own expences. Next day, I managed to get a flight to Patna.
Please advice about their unprofessional behaviour and keeping me waiting and not turning up?
