I travelled with Jet Airways from Delhi to Brussels (9W230) on 7th Jan 2012. I travelled with my family (wife + 2 kids) in Premium Class. Seat No. 1A, 1C, 2A, 2C (E tkt no. 589 4697 967864, 589 4697 967865, 589 4697 967866, 589 4697 967867.) The price of each ticket was ~2700 Euros.

In the Premium Class, none of the seats were able to open to "bed mode" (recline mode not working). I paid a heavy price for Premium Class travel (almost 4 times of economy class) without having the facilities of Premium Class.

I would like my ticket money to be refunded by Jet Airways.

In exchange i have received a mail from the Guest relations officer (Gerard Pereira) who is "negotiating" with me to settle the case with a credit of 3500 JP miles (which is not enough for even one economy ticket inside India only). It seems peanuts against the huge cost of premium class ticket to Brussels. I feel like negotiating on a Paan Shop.

I request the Consumer Court to please intervene and get my refund from Jet Airways.

Sincere regards,
Akhilesh Gupta
