I was travelling from Bengaluru to Bhopal via Mumbay. The flight from Bengaluru to Mumbay 9W-418, which have to land at Mumbay by 18:05, 24 Nov, get delayed due to which i have missed my connecting flight to Bhopal which was sheduled at 18:50, 24 Nov

As both the flights are of Jet Airways, the staff suggested me for morning flight, its ok.....but they also told that we will not provide any accomodation to you. as per the Jet Airways staff, flight get delayed so you have to suffer, we will not help you in this regard and you have to sit whole night at Airport as the next flight was at 6:00, 25 Nov.

I was already having 3 sleepless nights and i don't have anybody known in Mumbay, so that it is was unbearable to me to sit whole night at airport.......so feeling helpless, i spend whole night there.............
Next day i lost my office due to tiredness.

Is'nt the responsibility of airline to provide accomodation to the pessangers if they missed the connecting flight due to not any fault of pessanger.

That was pathatic experience and the staff was also not supportive...
