1. this is to inform you that my wife travelled in jet airways flight from srinagar to new delhi and connecting flight of jetlite from new delhi to lucknow. details of flight and baggage no are as under

2. her two bggages were missing once she reached lucknow. she was lucky to recieve one baggage the next morning. but since 02 dec her other baggage has been missing. inspite of calling baggage services everyday and requesting them to update us on the missing baggage we havent recieved any all from the baggage services.

3. the poor services of the jetlite flight has really troubles us for long now.. in the baggae there were some costly items. now i want to claim the bagggage at the earliest.

4, i hope we can get our claim at the earliest. thats why i had approached consumer court.
