I was travelling from Mumbai to Indore in the above Jet Lite flight on 05 Sept 2010.
The flight took off from Mumbai Airport at 1840 hrs.
Despite of telling again and again the AC system was not working properly and the passengers were sweating.
When asked for a official complain book by the Air Hostess named NAHID, she refused to give and replied that they don't carry any such complaint book.
I was travelling on seat no 9B and this incident can be confirmed by passengers sitting next to me.
Throughout the duration of flight AC was not functional and we had a tough time.
I would request the respective authority to take strict actions against such airlines who mean just in making money and not in consumers comfort.
I request all the registered users to avoid such selfish airlines cause your problem means nothing to them.
