Hello,

I had filed a case against Jet Airways a few months back in District Consumer forum. The Jet representative is not coming for the hearing since last three hearings. The Judge told me that in next hearing, you come with your claim affidavit and we will decide the case in your favor, if Jet representative doesn't turn up on next hearing.

Can anyone tell me how to write a claim affidavit? And what document wlil be required for the same?
