I travelled from Jetlite airlines from Jammu to Delhi & from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 14th November. The flight no from Jammu to Delhi was S2 105, and from Delhi to Ahmedabad was S2 123. My PNR no was MFHLGK. The airlines misplaced my baggage while in transit. Since last 5 days, I have been following up with the airlines without any results. I had to cancel all my business tours & am grounded at Ahmedabad.
Airlines is showing least interest to resolve my problem. To add insult to injury, they are ready to pay me total of Rs.1000 till the time they locate my luggage, which obviously I have refused to accept.
Due to callous approach of the airlines, I have suffered losses for my organization to the tune of several lacs because of the cancellation of my client meetings. Now the airlines is saying that it may take them 14 days to lacate my missing baggage
I would like to register this complaint, because I am not only in a bad state of mind, but also suffering huge losses. I may even lose my job.
