Hi,

I am Anuj and extremely dissatisfied with Kingfisher Airlines India. I booked return flight Delhi-London for my parents. Outward journey was undertaken as per schedule, but for return journey flight needed to be reschudled because my mom was hospitalized in London. Unfortunately flight needed to be re-scheduled twice as my mom was still hospitalized.
I called up Kingfisher London Office, India Office, Ezeego (travel agent) and personally visited Heathrow Terminal 4, but nobody helped me out in such a stressful situation. I was mentally and physically harassed, I have to leave hospital and my office to visit Heathrow airport. Finally I was told I should write to Kingfisher Guest Care and Guest Committment email addresses about my situation (these departments work over email only and not interact over phone). I wrote to them on 01st July, 05th July & 13th July but never got any acknolwdegment or response.
As I wanted my moter to get treated in India, I PAID Rs. 37000 FOR RESCHEDULING MY PARENTS FLIGHT.
Can you please help me in filing harassement case against Kingfisher Airlines? I do not want anyone to suffer pain what I suffered dealing with them.

P.S: I wrote following mails to Kingfisher Guest Care & Kingfisher Guest Committment email addresses

Hi,

This is third time I am writing mail without getting any response or confirmation of my email. I do not expect such unprofressional attitude from 'GUEST CARE'/ 'GUEST COMMITTMENT'. Is this the care Kingfisher provide and I could not have imagined such lack of committment?

But I am extremely sorry to inform you that inspite of my mother being hospitalized & not able to travel, I was mentally & physically harassed for just changing her travel dates. I personally visited Heathrow Airport, called several times to London City office, India city office & my travel agent but all invain and MEDICAL EMERGENCY situation was not considered and I was charged Rs 37000 (approx) . If a person is in hospital/ill definitely person cant fly, so change of date should be automatically allowed without hassle and free of charge.

I would like to inform you that I am planning to contact NDTV News Channel and share my worst experience with Kingfisher and also filing complaint against Kingfisher in CONSUMER COURT for redressal of my greiveances. At the same time I am going to take help of LEGAL COUNSEL to serve Kingfisher notice.

At this time if I there is no proactive action from Kingfisher, I am afraid it has to bear the consequences. I have been tested with my patience to the highest level.

Regards,

Anuj Wadhwa

Hi,

My parents Mr Tilak Raj Wadhwa & Mrs Kamal Wadhwa were supposed to travel tonight from London Heathrow to Delhi (attached ticket). My mother is hospitalised and not fit to fly (attached Ealing hospital NHS letter to this effect). This is a medically emergency.

Originally they were supposed to travel on 14th August but per Doctor’s advice I got their flight re-scheduled to 01st July (and paid around Rs 21000). Also find attached original ticket.

I would like to reschedule their ticket tentatively to 14th July (but again I am not sure whether my mother will be fit to fly). I would request following:

To be provided some sort of open ticket so that she can travel when she is fit to fly (Hopefully between next 15-21 days)
To be provided refund of Rs 21000 reschedule fees I already provided.
I have been struglling with this though this is a medical emergency. I called up my travel agent, Kingfisher India Customer Care, London City Office and also visited London Airport terminal 4 yesterday, but I have not got any sympathy in this tough time for me.

But I am sure you will consider my situation and will do the justice.

Best Regards,

Anuj
