Dear Sir,
I traveled on Lufthansa Airlines from Frankfurt to Chennai on 1st Feb 2011, on arrival I found my baggage missing, I was assured by the airline staff that I would get my baggage in a day or two. On 15th Feb, I received a call stating that they found my baggage and it was delivered on the same day. When I received my bag, I found it damaged and a camera and chocolates I had brought for my kid were missing. The airlines is refusing to pay compensation for my losses, Please advice.
