This is in reference to makemytrip booking ID 251391347947.
Over the past 36 hours, I have been harassed by each and every MakeMyTrip customer service representative I spoke to. They were rude, unhelpful and lied about the status of my tickets. (Representatives include Meghna, Sahil, Aftar, Naidu, Surabjit Kaur and another supervisor).
I had booked a Mumbai_Delhi_Mumbai flight on the 27th Oct at 12:30 pm. The Mum-Del sector at 9pm, 29th Oct Air India did not get confirmed (although I was charged full amount) and I was told someone will contact me. Since no one did, I called and asked if I could book again or onto some other flight instead and was told that its due to a technical issue and within the next 6 hours this flight itself will get done. 8 hours later, I called again and again same story.
28th morning,I spoke to Meghna who promised to get my tickets. In the afternoon, I spoke to Sahil who said they will put me on to the Go AIr flight instead at 9:50 pm. He confirmed it was done and all extra cost would be absorbed by makemytrip. 2 hours later, I hadn't received the e-ticket still and I had to call again. Spoke to a supervisor - Naidu - who confirmed that my 2 tickets are definitely being reflected in the system for Go Air, that it is confirmed and I will receive the tickets. Still nothing. Evening (about 5 pm), a supervisor called me, was extremely rude to me, said Makemytrip cannot give me the GoAir tickets as the price has gone up further, and said that he didn't care if the fault was Makemytrip's and not mine, he will not help me. And then he cut the phone when I asked to speak to his manager. I then called the call center and spoke to another supervisopr - Surabjit Kaur - who said GoAIr is definitely done, and she will personally ensure that I receive my tickets by 9pm. At 9pm, I called and she wasn't there, the person I spoke to said that Surabjit had not even lodged any message to give my tickets. At 10 pm, Aftar calls and says they can't do anything to help me, there are no GoAIr tickets.
How am I supposed to believe that you are trying to run a professional organization here? These 36 hours have been a fiasco, your people have harrassed me, lied to me, been rude to me and said they can't do anything to help me. How is this in any way a service oriented organization?
