I received a message too confirming my booking.
I also tried contacting you on the toll free number but got no response from your side.
i logged into my account on makemytrip site and there the status shown was that your ticket is being processed. i took the printout of invoice and it also showed me the option of cancelling the booking which reaffirmed that the booking has been made.
When i reached the airport on 30th evening, i got to know that there was no booking on my name.
i and my friends and relatives tried contacting you, but could not get to your customer care executive.
there was no communication from your side that my booking was not done. it came as a total surprise to me.
i had some urgent work in punjab. i got leave from the office especially for that.
you can't imagine the emotional and mental torchure i went through yesterday.
all the flights were full and i had no option but to return back to my home in mumbai.
today morning i called you and one of the operators reponded.
she told me that she could only refund me and that too after half an hour hanging on the phone.
i would not be compensated beyond that.
they will not make a new booking for me and i have to do that myself.
tell me why should i pay for something which i am not responsible.
who would pay me for the loss which i sufferred for a mistake which makemytrip made.
and you are not ready to compensate me in any manner.

I hope that you do something beyond refunding the full amount.
MakeMyTrip is a well recognised and respected brand. I hope you take some serious steps to prove your worth.
