This is in regard to the most irresponsible customer service I have ever experienced, from none other than the very famous MAKEMYTRIP.COM.....
We had booked a trip via MakeMyTrip to Kerala (booking no. IN1009B06225).But I assume the company considers a trip as just reaching the destination and staying there, THE RETURN JOURNEY IS NOT CONSIDERED....
Our tickets were booked as Mumbai - Cochin and the return journey as Cochin – Mumbai (We had requested for the return flights to be booked from Trivandrum) . However, we informed in advance as per their amendments policy, that the return journey should be Trivandrum-Mumbai, which they DENIED taking the request for and asked to contact the airline, Jet Airways and also the executive confirmed that there was mistake from their end as they checked the call transcripts of our booking but could do nothing about it.
We were made to wait for hours on hold and there was no outcome. It was the most unprofessional
Behavior and the customer care executives are so unaware about their job they are managing.
To increase the inconvenience, Jet Airways when contacted asked to call back MakeMytrip since they buy tickets from the airline in bulk.
Thereafter the cal at MakeMyTrip kept travelling all through the Customer Care Centre without providing any relief to us. It worsened our situation since we had no idea whether our grievance would be taken care or not.
Finally, after none of our complaints were heard, we had to book new tickets which made a hole in our pockets.
We want MakeMyTrip.com to refund the amount of the tickets as they did not serve the purpose of getting us back from where we requested them to.
The whole trips ended up with a very big mess.We were stranded and spent nearly six hours on the call only to receive dissatisfactory services.
MakeMyTrip ruins your trip..........its a SHAME
Inspite of Warning them that its a Final Decision taken by me as a customer who has paid the price but has not received the desired service i will drag them to the cunsumer court they were OK with it and said GO ahead... Like they didnt care
It would be appreciated if they return my MONEY BACK
I am very much disappointed by this unsatisfactory response from their side,such companies should be dragged to the Consumer Court.
