I had booked ticket For the booking id : FLT000017073099
Hyd-Delhi 9th july Indigo (6E 308 flt number) flight. on 4th july 2010 a transaction of Rs 5749/- was done on HDFC Acc using netbanking. Again on 6th july an amount of Rs 850/- was automatically deducted.
We dont know why they have done. I had sent a lot of complaining mails to customer support but they just provide the reference id and did nothing. I had sent the soft copy of the bank statement. This is a wastage of our money and time. The makemy trip services are not satisfactory and they dont respond to my complaints.

Please note that on checking, we found that the amount of Rs. 850 was not charged by us but by ONLINE BUS TICKETS RESERVATION >> SREE KALESWARI TRAVELS. You are requested to follow up with your bank for the same.
