Make my trip issued me this ticket.On the airport I found out that there is no flight between AbuDhabi and Dubai. There is only a bus. Because of this misinformation I could not reach Dubai to catch my onward flight to Mumbai on Emirates.I contacted Ethiad airways desk on the airways and they said that makemytrip was at fault for issuing the flight ticket since your website clearly says that there is a bus not a flight. However, makemytrip now says that the ticket issued is alright inspite the fact that Ethiad airways website does not show any such flight . Because of this error I had to wait 22 hrs at the Abudhabi airport and re book my tickets on AirIndia to travel directly from Abu dhabi to
Mumbai for which I paid Rs 31000/- for which I want compensation. HOW CAN I BE ISSUED A TICKET FOR A NON EXISTANT FLIGHT?THE TICKET CLEARLY SAYS NON STOP FLIGHT AND EVEN HAS A FLIGHT NUMBER!i have sent over 15 mails to makemytrip but they keep claiming that no refund is due. They do not even read the mail properly to see that i am not asking for a refund I am asking for compensation for not being able to reach dubai and missing my flight and having to re book tickets on Air INDIA.
