Makemytrip.com refund
I had booked a return ticket of Delhi - Abudhabi and due to some reason i need to cancell it, so on 4th september 2010 i cancelled it and i got a refund confirmation mail also from makemytrip with BOOKING NO: IN1009B01053 stating that your refund is being processed and refund amount will reflecting on your account within next 7 working days,since that day till date i havent got my refund.Then i tried to call them they told that soon it will be deposited finally i wrote a mail to them to their concerned department,still the reply was same,within next 7 working days it will be refunded,after every one week when i enquired that they reply me with that same sort of mail,and even they had given me a REFERENCE ID - 100930-015212 and asked me to reply always with the same REFERENCE ID. then on 9th of october 2010 they sent a mail again after enquiring stating that it is being initiated from our side and you will get the refund within next 4 -5 working days so this time the story was of 4-5 days now again after writing back to them today 18th october after 1 and half month latter they are mailing me that please use this REFERENCE ID for further communication and again given me a new REFERENCE ID- 101018-003290 so after one and half month latter still they are playing with me in this manner.till date i havent got my refund amount i am really concerned about the money now. How cum these people play with customers like this and with their money.i am really fedup of their service please help me to get back my amount at its earliest. and also take care that next time they should not do such kind to thing with any other customer.plzzzzz helppp me!!!!!!! and help others too from these people bcoz so many customers are also having the same sort of problems with these peoples for refunds and their services in terms of money.
