Hello,

I had booked 2 return tickets from Indore to Kolkata in April 2008 and had to cancel them. I was following up regularly with them for the refund.They paid me partial amount of refund and assured that the remaining amount which is close to Rs.16,500 will be refunded back to me.

Its been more then 2 year of follow ups and they have still not paid my money back to me This is really disgusting how these people just take customers for granted and eat up their hard earned money.

UPDATE: No action taken despite of e-mailing the CEO - Deep Kalra ...how ridiculous is that!!!! When I e-mailed him ..got so many e-mails from numerous staff members but they where consistent in not doing any thing ...yes all of them even I e-mailed on the e-mail address mentioned in this thread but nothing happened...GOOD JOB MAKEMYTRIP
