We were 4 girls with our JETLITE flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 25th December 2011 at 8:20 pm which was delayed to 8:50 pm,the flight being 9 W 7103 H with the tickets booked and in our hands.We reported well in time,were handed boarding passeswithout seat nos. but later told that they dont have seats for us in the flight as the flight was going full.Later we were told that they could somehow manage 2 or 3 seats and 1 or 2 of us would have to stay back and come by the morning JETLITE flight. We all were in a stage of great mental stress. Inspite of everything, they did nothing for us,as all of us had no relatives in Mumbai,we all decided to stay back. no arrangement for our night stay was done, and we were told that they could book our tickets for the morning as a part of courtesy towards us with no duty or responsibility towards the passemgers.We had to arrange a hotel at the last moment with enormous rates of 7500 Rs. per room for the Christmas night for mere 3 hours as we had to catch our morning flight at 5:35am . But the Jetlite staff didn't bother about it in the least way. we spended an extra of 25000 Rs due to the mistake of a flight.It was the scariest nightmare of my life. the mental agony caused added to the discomfort.DON'T EVER TRUST JETLITE!
