This is regarding my reservation number O43SEA. I cancelled the booking for N K Joish on 16th June 2010. Ideally I should have got my refund back within 5 - 7 working days.

But still now I have not got my amount back. I spoke to your customer care executive(CCE) (Prashant) on 29th June 2010, he told me that the company has already reversed the amount and there is some problem from the bank side and he asked me call today i.e. 30th June 2010 and to obtain the RR number from SpiceJet and to verify this transaction details with the bank.

Today I call your Customer care (Ritu) now she told me that there was some technical problem from Spice Jet side on 16th June and due to which the amount was not been reversed. I wanted to know as in why the amount was not reversed on the subsequent days and there was no satisfactory answer provided by her.

Your company CCE are of no use they were not able to satisfy the query and infact they were really confused to say the least. Also it would be a good idea for your company to provide customer with the confirmation number if they are speaking to your CCE as in customer would not go on repeating his story again and again to each CCE. Also if there is any reversal request it will be good if we get the confirmation number from your side.

Seriously your services are really bad in comparison with other airline services.

Please revert ASAP as in when I would get back my amount back
