Dear sir,

I booked the flight from Delhi to Kolkata on 10th june 2010 through indian airlines websites.Ticket status was not confirmed but they did not allowed me for boarding in flight.Then i spoke to airlines official and they told that they will refund full amount and i took new ticket again by paying same 6800 Rs with ref to same ticket from airindia.
But After a 4 days i did not get any amount in my account .

PLS help me in this matter.
