Hi,

I have booked a Kingfisher flight ticket through Mobile using NGPAY application.

The date of travel is 27th Dec.
I have called the Bangalore KingFisher customer care no. (08041979797) for canceling my ticket (14th Dec). They canceled it and gave me the pune numbers to do the call for refund.

When i tried to call Pune number's after a long wait a lady called "Shalini" picked up the phone and told me this is not the right department and you have to call toll free number.
When i have called toll free number then they have called me to call again another pune number. When i call that number after a long wait one lady picked up the phone and asked me for the cancelled ticket source and destination of the travel, once i said it, suddenly she picked down the phone. And this happened two times. When i again called the Toll free number he again told me bangalore number to call which i have used for cancellation and they have the facility for refund also. When i called again bangalore they are telling they don't have facility i have to call pune number. This is how it is circulating and no one is listening and i am getting frustated and also spent moneys in dialing the STD pune numbers for waiting a long period.

Still no response and i am not able to do the refund of my money.
