Dear Sir,

I have booked 5 airlines tickets from delhi to ahmedabad on 30th sept. & same has been cancelled on same day. The refund amount of rs.14144. still not credited into my account as they are saying refund proceed on 5th Oct.but, it is not reflacted into my a/c.

They also said, check with your bank, I checked too many times & personally met with bank manager, he told no any amount is refund by yatra.com.

I have mailed, called so many times to yatra customer care, every time they told refund proceed on 5th oct, they are not doing any thing, even I mailed my bank a/c staement two times to them.

My reference no. is 3009102278.

I request to you sir, pl look into the matter, it is almost 15days paased away.

I have posted complaint on Indian Consumer Forum (India Consumer Forum, a site for consumer complaints, reviews on products and service), on 29th Oct. I have recieved my refund from Yatra.com today evening just in 3 days.

I am Thankful to ICF team, specially Mr.N N Iyer, they are doing wonderful job.

I have booked 4 airlines tickets from delhi to Hyderabad for 29 oct 10 and were cancelled on 28 Oct 10. The refund amount of Rs. 9600/- still not credited into my account as they are saying refund procedure will WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.but, it is not reflacted into my a/c.

I have mailed, called so many times to yatra customer care, every time they told refund will be processed in next 3 days. they are not doing any thing.Last call to them on 28 Nov exactly after one month and they told me that refund is pending from airline side and they can't do anything.

My reference no. is 13101016153.

I request to you sir, pl look into the matter, it is almost one month passed away.

After submitting of complained there were lot of appologies by yatra care but NO REFUND OF MONEY. i have called up yatra n number of times and and they give me same reply that my money will be refunded in 72 hours. 50 days have passed since cancellation of tickets and no refund till date . kindly help.
