Customer service of Jet airways is so pathetic.
1. I travelled from Varanasi to Delhi flight no.724 dtd 05/06/2010 . There was some technical problem & plane was delayed by couple of hours. Technical problems are defiantly beyond control but the behaviour of crew members can be control. Such an old & reputed organization having so arrogant customers care people was really shocking. Plane was delayed by some hours & then again we all we asked to sit in the plane as problem was rectified. Again more than half an hour we were forced to sit in the plan whose A.C was not working & many passengers started feeling uncomfortable. Some Kids & infants started crying & made the havoc in the plan. In such a situation we always expect cool & calm crew member but here situation was just opposite. There was a lady in crew members with a blunt reply that “WHAT CAN WE DO WHEN THERE IS TECHNICAL PROBLEM”(her behaviour was really a matter of concern). I think customer care should be polite & can be use some better calm language instead of blunt one.
2. From Delhi to Mumbai again I travelled through flight no 3dtd 05/06/2010. & before departure of plane I requested for a Cotton to a gentle man(crew member) who was bald & clean shape. No one turned up with cotton & my wife & son both force to travel with huge pain as cotton was not provided. We I asked for complaint register instead of provide the same the said gentleman was arguing with me that he could not heard the word cotton (while I personally called him & requested for the same). We was supposed to return back to pune from Mumbai but because of such careless attitude of your staff I was force to check in the hotel in Mumbai as my wife was not in condition to travel any more.
My purpose of highlighting this issue is just a small effort to avoid such situation in future, which can be happened with anyone.
