Myself Abhijeet Srivastava, booked an air ticket for Lucknow-Chennai via delhi of Kingfisher Airlines for 30th may 2010. Flight no for lucknow-delhi is 3636 and that for delhi - chennai is 234. i have an important family function on 30th afternoon so i planned my trip accordingly around 1 month back. Now at the last moment i got a call stating that my Lucknow - delhi flight has been postponed. earlier it was scheduled to depart at 19:15, but now it will depart at 19:55 and land in delhi at 20:55. My next connecting flight for delhi-Chennai is scheduled to depart at 21:15 so there is only 20 mins time between two flight so i was to fly at 15:20 on 30th may 2010. By doing this i have to miss the function for which i planned my trip, secondly i have to wait in delhi for more than 4 hours. When i asked for some alternatives from the Kingfisher they said they are helpless. There is one Air India flight at 18:00, but Kingfisher is not ready to arrange me a ticket in that flight. They offered me refund of my tickets but it is of no use as i have to be in chennai on 31st to attend my office. If Kingfisher would have informed me about this much earlier i could have arranged for some alternative, but now i am stuck and they kingfisher is not helping me out.
Most importantly i booked this ticket for a connecting flight, but now there is no connection between the two flights. This is highly unprofessional and unethical on their part.
