Hi ,

I booked my tickets with Emirates airlines on 4th May 2010 from Mumbai to Los Angeles. I cancelled my tickets on 25th May 2010.I was informed that the refund process will take 30 working days.

However, it is now over 2 months and 39 working days , they still are saying it will take more of 6-7 days. Due to their delay and inefficiency , i have gone through two cycles of my credit card company. Once i have to pay them interest charges and in the second cycle , i have to pay money to them because the refund has not yet been credit back to my account.

What do i do ?
