Sir, I booked a ticket on 16/11/2011 from Raipur to Newdelhi, by
JETAIRWAYS, while making the payment I received a message of ticket failure
but the flight ticket amount a sum of Rs 5795.00 got deducted from my bank
account while making online payment, second time I again tried and this
time i got a confirmed ticket and the same amount of Rs 5795.00 got
deducted. So sir twice the same amount was debitted from my account, and it
has been around 1 month i did not receive my refund back of Rs 5795.00.
So sir kindly look through the delay in refund process and resolve it as
soon as possible. I am continuously in touch with makemytrip customer executive but after one and a half month period i didnt yet got a positive reply from them.
