I booked a flight in spicejet through travellchacha.com.Details of the said ticket have been given below.On the day of journey on reaching airport I was told by spicejet rep that the flight has been cancelled due to bad weather and they don't have any seat left in the next flight.So I was only left with only one option to travel in another airlines paying heavy price.when I asked spicejet rep regarding refund of the same ticket he told that the amount will be credited in my credit card account but the same has not been credited till date.Repeated correspondence with spicejet as well as travelchacha has yielded no result.You are requested to look into the matter.
