Default Refund of ticket amount by jet airways

    Dear Sir,

I had booked an air-ticket for my son Mr. Sathya Deep to travel to Bangalore from Hyderabad on 30th May 2010 for an amount of Rs. 3404/- through my Credit Card of CITI Bank in Jet Air Ways. But due to technical problems, the Jet Airways flight No.9W2742 was cancelled. A virtual Coupon Record to that effect was also issed by Jet Airways in Hyderabad Airport and it was informed that the amount of the ticket will be reverted back to my Credit Card Account. But so far, no refund has been made by them inspite of my several requests and also on furnishing the required documentary proof to them, and they are simply escaping by saying that since the Ticket was booked on internet, they are not responsible and advised me to contact MAKEMYTRIPIND @ GURGAON, who are also not at all responding. The e- Ticket No. was 5893747834491 vide transaction no.75140680151 dt. 29.05.2010. Hence, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and do justice to me and warn the Agency not to cheat the Public by diverting from one to another for their fault.

    Thanking Your,

    Yours faithfully,

Default Harrasment by the british airways

    Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind information that I had travelled for Delhi - London – Dallas – Delhi for dated 10th November, 2009. For London 4th December, 2009 and for London – Dallas on 22nd December, 2009, for Dallas – London – Delhi by British Airways with low fat meals equivalent to India Rupees 70,000/- approximately.

In the above journey, I brought the following facts in front of the British Airways, Delhi Office and made a complaint to the Chief Executive Officer, the British Airways, Gurgaon office through the Speed Post No. RLA 6883 dated 20.4.2010 from Houz Khas Post Office, New Delhi but no reply was received.

    1. In the Delhi – London sector, the meal was not provided as low fat as already was in the reservation and the behavior of the supervisor was not up the mark in the flight which I reported to the British Airways Customer Relations in London on phone. I appreciate the behavior of Air Hostess.

    2. On my return from Dallas to London – Delhi, Dallas – London flight was cancelled without any reason to me at the last moment. Then I tried to book the flight and travelled through the British Airways associate airlines i.e. American Airlines connected by British Airways flight from London to Delhi.

    3. The associate Airlines (American Airlines) kept me in the Tarmac approximately for six hours due to bad weather as per the airlines statement. Actually they were ready to fly in time but they were not having the equipment to remove the snow from the engine and from the wings. Due to this, my connection to Delhi – London was not able to mature and I waited for 8 hours at the London airport to catch next flight.

    4. From London - Delhi, they upgraded the other passengers to the Business Class but on my repeated request they only upgraded in the Economy Class.

    5. When I booked the tickets from Delhi, I was getting the tickets amounting to Rs. 55,000 for waiting 11 hours in London. But I re-booked my flight only for two hours stay in London and I paid Rs. 77,000/-.

As per above, I claim the following :
    a. Two days extra stay at Dallas with food and journey to Airport and back, this amounting to US Dollar 500.
    b. Difference of cost of tickets amounting to Rs. 15,000/-
    c. Cost of inconvenience due to food, flight cancellation, re-book and stay at Tarmac for six hours, over stay at London etc. as per airlines faults.

After waiting over a period of one month, I have booked a complaint through the British Airways Customer Care through the website : British Airways - Your questions . Despite of my explanations and several reminders, The compensation for which I was entitled, has not yet been settled.

I have let down by Jet Airways BIG time. I have booked a return flight from Jet Airways (London) in Sep 2009. On the same day of my return journey to UK in Sep 2010 they have emailed me saying that there is some problem with the connecting flight. They gave me couple of options and I opted to request for a refund of my return journey Hyd-Mum-LHR. It is since over two and a half month and I have not received refund amount into my bank account. I have traveled by Jet airways several times but this will change from now on. Total unprofessional behavior- no update and no reply at all from them. They keep on saying they have processed the refund but I have not received any money into my bank account.
They asked me to send proofs and instead of providing them with all the necessary proofs that they confirmed is enough, they have processed my refund into a wrong account and this they also accept. I have no clue on what to do and how to claim my refund from them? They are not helping me in any way. Somebody please advice?
