my parents went to katmandu on 16th of october 2010 and came back to delhi on 18th of october 2010 from spice jet flight . the flight no is sg 042 and their seat no is 29c and29e and my parents who were coming from katmandu their names are (mr suresh kr soni,his wife mrs sushma soni) when they reached to delhi airport they found that their luggage is missing . spice jet had taken the responsibility on themselves to find the bag with in 6 days. my parents have claim them 10000 rs .on 24th of october they called me that the bag has been lost and we ll give you compontation amt of rs 1714 only. i had given them a notice asking on what basis they r compontating me. but they didn't reply me on my notice. i want to file a complaint against spice jet .
