My niece travelled on spice jet on 30 nov 2011 under pnr ucm7ax. As her age is 10 years , i booked an unmr assistance. No assistance was provided to the passenger. Later on when i spoke to the spicejet, i was told that the unmr assistance was not assigned. When i forced them to check the details,i was told that the unmr was not assigned on behalf of spicejet and they feel sorry for it. I told them since you had breached my trust i want compensation to the tune of one life. Then the general manager pradeep shah called on to me and told that no compensation will be provided and he feels sorry.i told him that i need compoensation and let the chairman of ariline speak to me. I was told then to email one corporate secretary whom i mailed.but i am yet to receive any response .
