Dear sir,
I booked ticket today (11/01/2012) from site of expedia.com of spice jet , trip id 1201111014 from delhi to bangalore Dt. 13/01/2012.Flight SG244 and PNR no V8LQDD. passengers were 2 adult and 1 infant, costing meRs. 15110/- as per confirmation from expedia.com and my a/c debiting with same a/c . when i called spice jet they said only two ticket of 2 adults are there and there is no ticket of infant and they recieved only Rs.14000. and asked me to confirm from expedia. expedia toll free never pick up the phone. I was so frustrated that I have to cancel the ticket and bear the loss of Rs.1500/-.Now they are blaming each other for this.Air line told me you have done with expedia.com and they are responsible for it..Whats my fault that I have to bear financial and mental disturbance. It seems nexus between spice jet and expedia to fool the customer. I will not going to leave these people.
