Dear sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice about the regular delay in Spicejet flight from Hyderabad to Delhi scheduled at 9:35PM.

I have booked this flight 3 times in last 1 year and on every occasion the flight is delayed by exactly 3 hours. I see some pattern in this and this needs to be investigated. Furthermore the airline do not send timely messages about delay forcing the consumers to sit at airport for more than 4-5 hours.

I have also lodged a complain with Spicejet (Complaint No. 83327).
