Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail to you after very bad experience I had after opting to travel by spicejet.
I am really upset with the system been followed by spicejet towards providing customer support for regular travellers .With this incident I feel cheated.
I had booked my too and fro tickets from Mumbai to Delhi via Make My Trip the details of which is mentioned below.

On 8th Nov 2010, I approched the Spicejet counter at Delhi Airport to reschedule my date of Return travel to 08/Nov/2010 from existing 08/Dec/2010.I was told at the counter to take fresh tickets at that counter and which costed me Rs 16,562.00 and later the difference amount would be credited to my account after substracting the rescheduling charges.The date of travel was rescheduled to 9th Nov 2010 due to non availabilty of seats.
Pl note I had opted to travel by spice jet on this day (9th Nov 2010) as confirmation about the reimbrusment by spicejet staff at the airport.
The PNR Number of my travel on 9th Nov 2010 from Delhi to Mumbaiis C6FIAA.
After I reached Pune on 9th I contacted Make My Trip customer care who told me to contact Spice Jet Customer Care Number 09871803333 to cancel the ticket.(Please note I have booked my ticket from Make My Trip and I think they should be responsible for cancelling or rescheduling the ticket which they dont bother of at all.)

As per advise from Make my trip I contacted spice jet customer care.Here I am told to write a mail with details to cancel my ticket barring PNR number Q62HDG

I wrote a mail to spicejet at (custrelations@spicejet.com) with all details on 16/Nov/2010 for which i did not get any reply .On 19/Nov/2010 i sent REMINDER for which i gor a reply from Spicejet on
23rd/Nov/2010 .I have attached the same for your reference(mail no:1).

In that mail they have mentioned of the remittance of Rs 4514 to make my trip for this issue.

As I could make out that the customer care executive was pretending to not understand the case,I sent a reply mail again stating the whole story on 24th/NOV/2010 (The same mail i have attcehd for your reference-(Mail no:2)
I did not get a reply from them till date after sending around 10 reminders there after.
I spoke to the customer care executive today again and she tells they have not recieved any mail from me.Please note i have got all auto reply from spicejet for my mails and reminders which i have sent.
I know its just an excuse they are telling to escape.And most horrible is that they disconnect the phone between my conversation with them 5 times today .every time i called a new person picks up the phone and i have to narrate the whole story with no result.
I request you Sir to please look into this case and help me recover my hard eraned money from them.
I would also suggest that "spicejet "and "make my trip " should be finned for such neglegent behaviour,cheating and misleading ther customers.
