Hi

I tried to book ticket from Travelchacha.com in December 2011. I called Travelchacha.com customer care for this that time I was told by customer care that transaction to book ticket got cancelled don't book tickets from travelchacha.com since there is some technical issue.

Then I asked for refund from customer care they told that it will come in 1 or 2 days.

It's more than 1 months since then, and till now I didn't get my refund back.

I have called them up 7-8 times but they always say that refund will come today or tomorrow.

All people in customer care have same words - "Refund will come today or tomorrow."

I am completely frustrated. Can you please do the needful to get me refund back?

My Ticket booking reference id = AVYVSN.
Name - Kaushal Soni
Refund Amount - 7057.00
